Overview
Section 15 · Capstones — Three capstones, a 30-day plan, and where to keep learning afterwards.
6 lessons.
By the end of this section you can¶
- Ship a tiny app end to end: API, database, CI, staging, production, README.
- Add an AI feature with a guardrail, an eval set, cost telemetry and a fallback.
- Harden a repository so a stranger — human or agent — is productive in thirty minutes.
- Follow a day-by-day plan for the next thirty days, and keep going after that.
Capstone 1: Ship A Tiny App¶
beginner · ~45 min — Every lesson so far was a rehearsal; this capstone is the performance — one small product, in public, with a pipeline that deploys it and a README a stranger can follow.
Capstone 2: Add An AI Feature Safely¶
intermediate · ~45 min — Capstone 1 gave you a product with a pipeline.
Capstone 3: Make A Repo Agent-Proof¶
intermediate · ~35 min — A repo where you are productive and one where an agent is productive are not the same repo.
The 30-Day Learning Plan¶
beginner · ~15 min — A 135-lesson wiki is easy to start and easy to abandon in week two.
Further Learning¶
beginner · ~12 min — This wiki is deliberately shallow in one direction: it covers a lot quickly and stops where the field becomes a moving target.
Contributing To This Wiki¶
beginner · ~8 min — You have just spent the wiki's words. The fastest way to find out whether you learned them is to add one of your own — and this is the safest pull request you will ever open.
